The STEM Ignited Summer Camp Goals

1. To provide an opportunity to explore advanced manufacturing and engineering technology
2. To learn and use engineering/technology applications (Solid Works, Arduino, or similar)
3. To visit local manufacturing facilities
4. To cultivate Essential Skills (work ethics)

Who May Apply
  • Students entering grades 6 through 12 in Richmond, Columbia, Burke, McDuffie, and Lincolnton Counties (GA)
  • Students who have a strong interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
How to Apply
  • Complete the application and submit it.
  • Submit a 200-word statement on why you are interested in the camp. Include your expectations.
Nominal Camp Fee: $25 (Middle School), $50 (High School)
DEADLINE: April 28, 2025. Consideration is given to completed applications only. Participants will be notified by May 12, 2025.

Note: In-person camp location is Augusta campus of Augusta Technical College
