All graduates must apply and pay the $40 non-refundable Graduation Fee to the Campus Store on the Augusta Campus, any of our branch campuses, or Student Accounts to receive your credentials. Although participation in commencement is not mandatory, we highly encourage all graduates to celebrate your accomplishments with us at the ceremony. If you are a dual enrollment student, you do not have to pay the $40 graduation fee. However, you must complete this form to receive your credential.

It is your responsibility to ensure all contact and personal information on this application matches what is in Bannerweb. If you attended within the past year: All credentials will be mailed and emailed to the mailing address and email that we have in the system, not what you submit on this application. You will be charged a duplicate fee of $25 if we have to resend credentials to a different email or mailing address, so please take time to ensure the information in your Bannerweb is updated.

Processing Time is 2 - 4 weeks during the semester, and 4 - 6 weeks at the end of the semester. Processing cannot begin until after final grades have been posted to your transcript for your final semester.

Duplicate Credentials:
  • The duplicate diploma fee is $25 per duplicate credential requested. Processing of duplicate diploma requests cannot begin until after the duplicate fee is paid.
  • All credentials awarded prior to January 1992 are considered duplicate diplomas.
  • The duplicate fee can be paid in Student Accounts in the 100 building, in the Campus Store, or at any of our branch campuses. You also have the option to call Student Accounts at (706)771-4030.
